Many tickets sold on Facebook marketplace, Vividseats and stubhub are fake. If they are not yet sold out via OxPresents/Prekindle please always purchase directly from us.

You should receive an email with your tickets attached. Each ticket has it’s own barcode/QR code. You can simply send them that bar code via email or screenshot and they can show it on their phone at entry. Each barcode can only be scanned once.. If you wish to transfer their name on will call please access the prekindle portal here.

Yes. Unless otherwise stated all ticketed shows at the Mangy Moose are ages 21+

If you know and trust the person you are buying from, all they need to do is send you the barcode which came via an email when the tickets were purchased. However, it’s very easy to fake a barcode. If you don’t know the person it’s best to have Prekindle (our ticketing solution) do an official name change on the ticket via their portal here. If the seller is unwilling then it’s likely a scam. For additional help please email info@oxpresents.com. If the show has not yet sold out it’s always best to purchase directly from us vs an untrusted source

The seller will have their tickets under a name and attached to an order number with prekindle, both of which we can look up on the backend. Please always buy directly from OxPresents/Prekindle unless the show is sold out. Email info@oxpresents.com to look up the original buyers tickets.
